I’m the Councillor for Wendouree Ward at the City of Ballarat.

Wendouree Ward includes Ballarat North, and parts of Invermay Park and Wendouree (east of Gillies St). You can find a map of the wards here.

If you need to report a Council issue, request a service, or seek information - you can lodge an online request at Customer Service Request. You can also reach out to the Ballarat Council office via email to info@ballarat.vic.gov.au or call (03) 5320 5500 during business hours.

If your matter is not satisfactorily resolved by the team, please send me an email with as much detail as possible to jaymorrison@ballarat.vic.gov.au and I will follow it up.

Did you know you can also report an issue, such as potholes, using the Snap Send Solve app? Often this is the fastest way to get action to these types of requests. I recommend downloading it onto your phone.
